044. MOQ, Samples & Quotations
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, material, color and level of customization. Please send the product link or photo for the exact requirement.
Can I mix different furniture models in one order?
Yes. Different products can often be combined in one order or container, subject to the loading plan.
How can I get a quotation?
Please send the product link or photo, quantity, color, dimensions, destination and expected delivery date.
Does the price include shipping?
Product prices normally exclude international freight unless the quotation clearly states otherwise.

055. Payment, Production & Quality Control
What are your standard payment terms?
A common term is a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. Exact terms follow the confirmed invoice.
When will production begin?
Production begins after product details are approved and the required deposit has been received.
How long does production take?
Production time is usually about 15–45 days depending on quantity, material and customization.
Can you produce an urgent order?
Urgent orders are evaluated according to material availability, production capacity, quantity and product complexity.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. Inspection may be completed through photos, videos, live video, a customer representative or a third-party company.

How is the furniture packaged?
Packaging depends on the material, size and shipping route. We may use film, foam, cartons, corner guards and wooden reinforcement.
Can you provide export packaging?
Yes. Export packaging can be prepared for long-distance transportation. Fragile products may require additional protection.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. We can arrange sea shipping for bulk orders and air or courier shipping for selected samples.
Which trade terms do you offer?
EXW and FOB are commonly used. Other shipping arrangements may be discussed according to the destination and order.
How many products fit in a container?
We can estimate packing volume and approximate loading quantity before order confirmation.

Yes. Mixed-container loading is usually possible, but fragile and heavy products must be positioned carefully.

Use a soft cloth with clean water or a mild non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid rough brushes, strong acids and bleach.
How should acrylic furniture be maintained?
Use a clean microfiber cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cloths, alcohol-based cleaners and strong solvents.
How should glass and mirror surfaces be maintained?
Use a soft lint-free cloth and suitable glass cleaner. Avoid striking the edges and lift the product when moving it.
How should upholstered furniture be stored?
Keep it in a dry, ventilated indoor space and protect it from rain, humidity, strong sunlight and sharp objects.

Replacement cushions, covers, screws, feet, glass tops and selected accessories may be available.
088. After-Sales Service
What should I do if the products arrive damaged?
Take photos and videos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged product, keep the original packaging and contact us promptly.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Send the order number, carton label, product photos, dimensions and quantity received so we can check the order details.
What solutions are available for an after-sales claim?
Solutions may include repair guidance, replacement accessories, replacement parts, replacement production or another written agreement.
Can I order replacement parts?
Yes, replacement parts may be available for selected products. Please send the product model, part photo and quantity.
Can I return customized furniture?
Customized products normally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Claims follow the confirmed order terms.
Can I cancel an order after paying the deposit?
Please contact us immediately. Costs already incurred may be deducted if materials were purchased or production started.
